Proton X50 has been spotted in the streets of Kathmandu. The Proton X50 is the newest addition from the Malaysian carmakers in Nepal and it competes with the likes of Kia Seltos, Toyota Raize, and Hyundai Creta. The Proton X50 will sit alongside the Saga sedan, and their X70 SUV in the company’s line-up in the Nepalese market and is expected to range from Rs. 65 Lakh to Rs. 85 Lakh.According to our sources, the Proton X50 comes in 4 variants. It will be powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged three-cylinder, and a TGDi (Direct Injection) turbocharged three-cylinder petrol in the top flagship variant.
